elements and emotions part 1. FIRE

Fire, fire is plasma and  plasma being a pure form of energy can then be created. But fire is also anger and often sexuality ,but in this case just anger ,and i think you all know what anger can do. Anger ,jealousy,and fury can drive you made and give you power.

So if plasma is fire and plasma is a pure form of energy and energy can be created then fire can be created.Well of course it can and you dont need anger .Fire is simply a way to channel anger ,so in the case of fury you can turn your anger if its strong enough into fire.
                                                                                                                                          
This is a great way to escape anger and a great but also horrible way to win a battle.                                      
Lets say you just got scammed at first your sad but then you find out who it was .It was your wife "AAAAAAHHHHH"you feel like punching the walls then you find a note it sais she wants a devorce even more rage, but before that rage gets to your head Id advise you to go to a non flamable space and let it rip

heres what you do bring all your ki along with your anger [you will be able to feel your anger as long as you have worked with energy before] to your mouth or hands , and ether screem or clench your fists then force that energy out of you body [do this the same waye you create a psi ball] .Then there you go you just escaped your anger,and at the same time you have witnessed what it feels like to create fire

my theories 1. the reality theory

the reality theory   hugely relates to quantum jumping cause whenever you make a decision the universe splits and creates another universe where you didnt make that decision so in the other universe you could be an artist and in this universe  you could be a tax collector in another universe. So in the reality theory someones reality could be part of the harry potter world but but for you it doesnt exist just like in books when it sais   some people simply cant see magic ,well thats because for them it doesnt exist you can try to prove to him that you can do magic it never existed in the world hes from. Another example could be something like calvin and hobbes for calvin  hobbes is a living breathing thing hobbes moves and talks and everything that a talking tiger would do but everybody other than calvin thinks hobbes is just a stuffed animal .Whos right ,they both are cause they both have different realitys . I think that gives you an idea on what i mean.  

sucking in the shadow

sometimes at night when i take my walk i do this thing i call sucking in the shadow .
                                     shut your eyes and try to feel the darkness  visualize sucking in the shadow then the moonlight then lift your arms and imagine a tornado of darkness then suck it in through your mouth do this for about 5 minutes then open your eyes and free style

night vision

this is a exersise that i just started it allows you to see in the dark and eventualy even read in the dark

first go outside then then memorize what you can see then close your eyes and image what you could see but make up some detail and add reasonable coler and look around for a minute or two then open your eyes and your night vision will be just a little better .do this every night and soon your night vision will be perfect but go back to light slowly or else you could go temperarily blind so i sugjest you start with a candle or flashlight then dim lights then normal
